I had a pretty challenging stay at this hotel. The location is definitely a highlight, as it's close to the Bund and shopping areas, which is great. However, the room cleanliness was unacceptable, and the service could use a lot of improvement. It's hard to recommend this place based on my experience, especially considering the lack of cleanliness and poor service.
